We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Our enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. More about the form is below.
If you email [email protected], we use your name, business details and message only to reply to you and to send anything you asked for, such as an area snapshot. We keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months unless you become a customer, and we never sell your details.
The enquiry form
If you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, firm name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the council area or areas you want, any message you add, and your agreement to this notice.
We use these details only to reply to you, check whether your area is still available and send your area snapshot. Our reason for using them is that you asked us to.
The form is run on Cloudflare, which acts for us. When you press send, Cloudflare checks the form isn't spam (using its Turnstile check, which looks at technical details such as your IP address and browser) and turns your enquiry into an email to our inbox. The website itself doesn't keep a copy of your enquiry. It exists only as an email in our inbox, and we keep it for up to 12 months unless you become a customer.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
